• Identify, describe and analyse the risk assessment tool you will focus upon. You will need to use a range of literature to do this.
• You then need to find three specific pieces of research or guidelines (not local) that are relevant to the risk assessment tool you have chosen to analyse. These must be robust and of good quality.
• Critically analyse those three pieces of literature and use that analysis to evaluate how useful the risk assessment tool is and whether it is being used effectively in the practice environment.
• Draw together your findings in the conclusion.
