For this assignment, use the topic you chose to perform a training needs analysis in order to identify gaps in trainee knowledge and identify the objectives for the training program. In a 2–4-page paper, complete the following: ·         Describe the topic you have chosen to develop for your training program. ·         Describe how this training topic links to the overall strategic plan of the organization and how this training topic will provide overall value to the organization. ·         Describe what a training needs analysis is. o    What should the trainees know or be able to do upon completion of the program? o    Identify your sources.                         Identify methods for determining what the trainees know or can already do prior to training. o    How would you make use of individual employee analysis? o    If you use a test, survey, interview, or questionnaire, describe the information you will be acquiring.                         Identify the gaps you believe you would discover in the analysis. o    Make some assumptions. If you are developing a program for an environment with which you are familiar, these might be based on your experiences; if not, use common sense. These gaps will become your objectives for the training program.                         Based on your analysis, identify the objectives for the training program.
