Assessing Minoritized, First Generation, Under Resourced Students That Face Unique Challenges in Pursuing a College Degree

This is the same paper just an additional portion. So for this, knowing what is known about first gen students, I would like for you to talk about how these programs get these students to graduation. What does it look like? What are the difficulties of the programs? Is there enough funding? Is retention difficult? what does support look like? Are there more programs being created? What does the litrature say? How does the litrature compare?

For this, 6 peer reviewed scholarly journals must be used. Two of these sources must come from a peer reviewed scholarly book, the rest can come from peer reviewed scholarly journals.
