This week, your discussion will focus on the contingency theory. This theory has been the most recognized work of Fred Fiedler. Research the work of Fiedler on contingency theory, and respond to the following questions:
Communicate your understanding of the contingency theory.
Evaluate why authentic leadership is important to contingency theory.
Compare and contrast the aspects of pathgoal theory, Blanchards situational theory
approach, and Fiedlers contingency theory.

Part 1.
You will complete FOUR tests of personality assessment. All the tests will be posted on Canvas under Portfolio One Tests. You should include reflections for each personality test.
Please clearly label each test (For example: Test One: IPIP NEO, Test Two: Attachment). If there is more than one version of the test offered, you may take either version. The shorter versions work just as well. I would also right click and save your results (if you are not going to write your reflection after you take the test). Your reflection can include:
-Your scores,
-Whether you think the test results were an accurate depiction of you, ( YES THEY WERE ALL ACCURATE FOR ME)
-What you thought of the test questions, or thoughts on the trait being measured.
I expect at least a paragraph reflection on each test (1/2 a page).
There are many possibilities and each reflection does not need to include all of the above.
The Portfolio should be typed, double-spaced, and 12 font. It should be between 2-3 pages. Please post as DOC or PDF.

Part 2.
