The development of infrastructure in Saudi Arabia using Privatization and project Finance models

Description

The idea here is how to develop the country ( Saudi Arabia ) by using the project financing approach such as BOOT,BOO,BOT in different sectors such as education, healthcare, transportation, infrastructure..etc

the main methodology is to see the existing models in development countries such as UK, Europe and look for the best practices there and then find the best practice in each sector and how to implement it in Saudi Arabia. so, you have to benchmark the existing models and see some surveys on the success projects. also, how to asses the risk on these type of projects.

Evolution psychology

BELOW IS MY INITIAL RESPONSE:
Week Two Discussion Board-Evolutionary Psychology
Evolution psychology is a theory technique that provides an insight into the essential mental, psychological characteristic of a person. Some of these characteristics include language, perception, and memory. It is a key theory in psychology that explains human behavior. On the other hand, instinct is a genetic or fixed behavior pattern that people and animals possess. It plays a great role in helping individuals and animals to respond to given stimuli. Finally, Heredity is a characteristic that is passed from one generation to another in a given group of people. The characteristics can be mental or physical. It is also seen as the transmission of certain characteristics from parents to their offspring (Coss & Charles, 2004).
Evolution psychology explains how aspects of human behavior or instincts were identified. From an evolutionary psychological perspective, it is held that ancestors used instincts and intelligence to handle problems. This shows that evolution psychology helps people understand the power of instincts and their applications in given situations. The rise of the concept of instinct came from the evolution of psychology.
Furthermore, psychology’s evolution explains how personality traits and social behaviors pass from one generation to another, which amounts to heredity, as pointed out by Conron (2011). It brings in light the origin and nature of differences in human behavior. It strives to show how people may inherit certain traits from their parents and how they are affected by the environment. Heredity plays a great role in assisting people in understanding their behavior. Instincts are some of those behaviors that can be passed from parents to offspring. Instincts are indeed inherited, and all this can be understood through the evolution of psychology theory provisions.
In conclusion, evolution psychology acts as a tool that helps people understand how certain behaviors are inherited. In doing so, it helps in discussing instincts as inherited behaviors.

Cass –
You’ve made some excellent points on evolutionary psychology. Let’s consider addiction. Addiction often is a response to feeling unable to cope with the demands one’s environment places upon you (White & Labouvie, 1989). Stress is also experienced in much the same manner. What is the relationship between addiction and stress? Is this relationship the result of heredity or something else?
Thanks.
