Directions: Read the case of NAACP v. North Hudson Regional Fire & Rescue, 665 F.3d 464 summary found in Chapter 4 page 113 of your textbook. Write a paper, incorporating answers to Case Questions 1 through 5. Your written work should include discussion of the situation, responses to questions at the end of the fact patterns, and any other questions that your instructor sends, and your description of how the situation should have been handled. Explain the courts decision in the case. Do you agree? Support your position with research and analysis.
