We live with many freedoms today, with several public parks and private places in which to be fed by the power of nature and to allow ourselves to be impacted favorably.

Please choose one environmental issue that impacts this local area ( downtown LA or surroundings ) explore it through library research, and write a paper (1750-2000 words) about that issue. The paper should include citations from the course textbook ( I am attaching very useful chapters) and at least four additional sources. Please use APA (version 7) style format for your citations and bibliography. You should address the following questions in the paper:

* What is the environmental issue and why is it a problem?
* What are current solutions to the problem and how effectively (or ineffectively) are they being implemented in this area and elsewhere?
