The first portion of this section should again describe your research question and end by identifying a relevant theoretical framework. The second portion should describe the theoretical framework by describing its origins, its components, and any relevant literature that supports the framework. The third part of this section should justify why that particular theory will explain what you expect to find in your proposal. Basically, why is this framework the most appropriate theory that can be called upon to justify your study? Finally, list your hypothesis or hypotheses by arguing that they are naturally supported by both the prior literature and the theory that you have just described. Your hypothesis should flow from your review of the literature and from the theory that you have just described.
