Which logistical functions are most important in meeting customer requirements? Why?     The approach the organization takes to the logistics functions can really impact the overall effectiveness of the logistics processes.  Are your organization’s logistical functions centralized or decentralized?     I would like to hear about examples of logistics savings from members of the class??     Explain how the goals of logistics and other business functions align, or should align, to meet organizational goals and objectives.
