The purpose of this Assignment is to develop a plan for lifelong learning in your role as nurse educator. When considering your plan, please select the focus of your chosen specialty as a nurse educator in the academic setting or the nurse educator in the staff development setting.

Directions

For this Assignment:

1- You will need to write a 2 to 3-page paper that includes developing a plan for lifelong learning in your professional role as a nurse educator. This plan should describe your goals for the next year and how you will stay current and growing professionally within your role as a nurse educator. Please include one long-term goal that you hope to complete by the end of the year

2- Develop a five-year plan to stay current and grow professionally within your role as a nurse educator and include two long-term goals to be completed by the end of year five
