why is being a teenager so hard?

I need to to talk about the struggles of being a teenager such as going through puberty, hormonal change, fighting the urge to not rebel, dealing with social popularity and social media obsession(bullying and cyber bullying) , body image, and who you hangout with! Along with the pull between being a care free teen or being responsible and setting ur life up for adulthood. As well as juggling work,school, and curricular activities.
