What is the definition of professionalism?
What are benefits of professionalism?
How do the readings and three peer-reviewed journal articles contribute to your own theory of professionalism in leadership?
How do you plan to exhibit professionalism in your career as a healthcare leader?
How will this conceptualization of professionalism in leadership influence your functioning as a leader within your organization? In other words, how will you translate thoughts into action in the workplace and in your interactions with others with whom you work?
A heading is required for each of these sections within the paper.  The headings should be shortened to conserve space. For example the first section could be Definition of Professionalism.  NOTE:  Papers that are submitted without headings will not be graded, but instead will require student revision for a maximum grade of a B.  Therefore, be sure to include the headings in your paper.

Each paper should have a title page, an introduction, sections for each of the 5 questions, a conclusion, and reference page(s). The paper is to be double-spaced and be at least 4 pages, but no longer than 6 pages (not including the title page and reference page).
