•    What sort of crises can the organization reasonably expect to face?
•    How are leaders prepared to handle and communicate potential crises?  How is the
organization and its personnel prepared for a possible crisis?
•    How would you explain and determine the cost-benefit of developing a
communication and leadership strategy?
•    What communication and leadership strategy would you develop?  Why this strategy?
•    How would you evaluate and report your results?
•    What action planning steps would you incorporate into the process to help the
organization implement your proposed strategy?
