The purpose of this paper assignment is to explore the impact of a remote work environment on HR processes. This paper does not have to be specifically about the impact of Covid-19, but it can be. I would like you to pick a few areas from HR, selection, compensation, training, and/or performance management to focus on (performance member and comp and Ben have been particularly impacted by covid-19 but all areas are for sure).
