Title: Evaluate two stress management/ coping / rehabilitation  interventions.  Assignment Guidelines: You may select any two stress management or coping interventions, they may be workplace-based. 1.  Work-based interventions e.g. At the individual level the focus to be secondary intervention using techniques e.g  Relaxation, CBT, Mindfulness training, etc.
2. At an organizational level- also focussing on secondary interventions so we can compare and contrast the 2 interventions. (Structural (e.g. staffing levels, work schedules, physical environment)
Psychological (e.g. social support, control over work, participation)

3.  Not less than 20 references preferably recent journals
