Thesis: According to Raiin.org, among undergraduate students 26.4% of females and 6.8% of males experience rape or sexual assault through physical force, violence, or incapacitation. The growing prevalence of rape culture has a huge impact on normalizing sexual assault and victim blaming. To further prevent rape and sexual assault on campus, we need to first educate ourselves on what rape culture truly means in order to combat it.
