Please start with the pathophysiology of ventilator-associated pneumonia, conduct a literature review and discuss latest developments. Please include a discussion section about new developments in diagnostic devices and technologies. In the conclusion section, please share work experience( I am a current medical intensive nurse for 8 years and taking care of ventilator patients) and include some tips for my classmates who are going to become nurse practitioners.
