Create a Timeline of key milestone events that occurred in the history of HIV/AIDS. For example, include the first known case, events related to the spread of the virus, the introduction of important treatments, etc. Start from at least the 1950s and continue through 2015. There are a number of ways to depict an historical timeline (just Google and you’ll see examples). You can either download and use this Timeline Template Click for more options provided or create your own. Imagine that your timeline will be used to teach college students that know very little about the HIV/AIDS pandemic and its history.
Here’s a couple helpful websites but DO NOT just copy them. It’s up to you to decide which events are important enough to be included in your timeline.
