SCOR model in operation management

First we will explain the  SCOR model, benefits, key measures.  And try to demonstrate that you are aware of what the SCOR model is, what the components of the model are and how it may be able to be applied within an organsiation.We dont have any company to apply SCOR, just need to explain the SCOR, that all.
And second part is do the analysis, interpret the results and make and present your recommendations for improvement for the DEA sheet.In assignment module Moira provide us 1 file of DEA.We need to analyse and interpret it.
