Provide specific examples from the organization in the form of changes in care, governance, training, communication, and partnerships. Review the grading criteria for the assignment Write a 260-word executive summary(example in Center for Writing Excellence) and create a 10- to 12-slide (title and reference slides are not included in the count) presentation about your findings with detailed speaker notes. Research, Locate and Cite at least two peer-reviewed reference sources to support the points made in the presentation following APA format.
