Read the article “Buffet’s Mr. Fix-It.” Then using the transformational factors of the Burke-Litwin Model (as pictured in Figure 10.3), describe each of the factors in terms of what Mr. Sokol faced (from a change perspective, this is the current state). Then describe each of the transformational factors in terms of the actions he took to create the future state (for example, the mission/strategy he articulated, the leadership style he drove/expected, etc.). Then tell us if you think these transformational factors were integrated and supportive of each other; in other words, were they in alignment or not, and state why.  The link to the article is below.
