Prepare work breakdown structure (wbs)

 Submit the Work Breakdown Structure consistent with your updated Project Charter, your project scope statement, and the approach you described in Week 2. 

The first file is my assignment from last week please make improvements as needed and the second file is the Rubric that MUST be followed in order to receive a passing grade.  This assignment requires you to develop a workbreak down structure and describe the approach used.
