Policy Memo

Write a memo to President Trump recommending a policy position he should take (or amend) for the remainder of his presidential term. The memo
should (a) clearly specify the position the president should take, (b) provide arguments for why the recommended position(s) constitutes good and
sound policy for the country, and (c) provide arguments for why the recommended position(s) are electorally advantageous and politically viable (i.e.,
capable of being enacted). I have provided an example of a policy memo in the additional materials section.
