Organization chart

This assignment will deal directly with the staffing for you project based on what think you need today.  This is/will be the basis and a large part of your staffing plan.

Look at the positions you want to have.  Search for similar job descriptions at work, look at job posting available on sites like Indeed, Glassdoor, Etc. to give you some ideas. I have attached a recent survey for Cybersecurity and a 2018 BLR Salary Study that should help you.  You can/should look at Glassdoor.com that is a pretty good read on current salaries.  Another useful link about job descriptions, etc.  https://www.onetonline.org/

You will have the following for the positions that are on your organization chart. 

1 Title

2 Salary rage and total burden cost

3 Max number of employees in that position wanted, minimum to operate successfully

4 Job duties for that position

5 Minimum background requirements to apply for that position
