Upon submitting my draft for my professor gave this feedback..
1. Under your section The Problem, you need to delete your current general paragraphs and replace them with well-sourced paragraphs, including data, on the nature and extent of workplace discrimination against the LGBTQ population.
2. Under Potential Solutions. What you have is not appropriate. You need to select a specific law(s) , say where it needs revision, and ask them to support your recommendations, which should be based on sources; not your personal opinion. You need to delete what you have which is very general.
These are the only 2 sections that need to be fixed. Everything else can stay as is..
