Menopausal Osteoporosis

My paper is on menopausal osteoporosis and how lifting weight will help reduce osteoporosis with aging women. The Main focus of the paper will be on “women lifting weight and how it helps reduce Osteoporosis as they get older”.

The Research paper has already been done, all i need is check for error and Just briefly include the following:

Define Mechanical tension
and Where are the guidelines for resistance training with respect to menopause coming from?
