Choose a hospital admission or an office visit to create a visual workflow chart that includes five or more steps. Create the workflow using Microsoft Word.

If you select a hospital admission, map out the process from hospital admission to discharge. If you select an office visit, map out the process from check-in to check-out. As you create your clinical process workflow, explain how the EHR supports each step in the process.
