Managing conflict negotiation

During President Kennedys inaugural address on January 20, 1961 he stated “Let us never negotiate out of fear. But, let us never fear to negotiate.” Using this quote, explain why you should never fear to negotiate in times of crisis.

In a second paragraph, use a current International Crisis as an example, and explain how you would negotiate, using the components of an Interest Based Negotiation
