LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

Teacher notes: In regards to the Leadership Philosophy assignment, you should automatically be thinking of “defining leadership” OR “distinguishing between leadership and management” OR “comparing and contrasting leadership theories” OR “incorporating a leadership quote from a well-known leader mentor” (i.e., Gandhi – be the change you want to see in the world), and so forth. In other words, what guides your Leadership Philosophy? That is another one, perhaps “defining philosophy”! Any of these would then need to be quoted/cited from either assigned course textbook readings or researched scholarly articles. Which in turn, dictates the need for a Reference Page.
