For the next two weeks, you will build a literature review focusing on team building and/or leadership. This will allow us to really hone in on the following objectives.
1. Define, describe, and apply organizational leadership theory and research.
2. Identify, describe, and apply team-building theory and research.
3. Use theory and research to analyze and assess organizational leadership and team building.
If you have never written a literature review, I will provide resources to help you. Also, please know that it is okay if you have never heard of a literature review.
