You have worked previously as an employee and assistant manager in a restaurant , a soldier in the army and an air traffic controller in an airport . You have an interview and the question is about Consciousness: the ability to work diligently with a positive attitude and willing to take responsibility for their own actions .
– Can you describe a situation where you were responsible completing a task that require you to follow very specific steps or rules?
How do you feel about having follow specific steps and how did you ensure you follow these steps? Writte a story of 550 words where positive indicators about Diligence , Personal responsibility and Self-management are met .
You have to use the STAR method to answer this question and take in account the background of the applicant to find a good example related to his professional history .
