INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION IN THE WORKPLACE

Read the two scenarios and write a critical commentary on them. Consider what intercultural dimensions might have affected the situation or interaction.

You should include the following in your response: a summary of the situation/interaction, definition of relevant intercultural dimensions, discussion of possible applications, and a critical commentary.  You should link your ideas, where possible, to theories you have explored on the module. You should names theorists / theories but full references are not required.
You should write at least 300-350 words for each question.
