implications for nursing

During your practicum, determine what clinical problem or issue the organization is facing. Discuss two implications for nursing.

The two issue i have choosen in my hospital is
1.) Shortage of both nurses and CNAs
2.) Lack of compliance. On a Med-Surg floor we are high risk for skin break down. Working to get staff to follow the turn team ive started, Turning the patient every two hours and checking/cleaning if soiled during turns to decrease skin break down.
