Hi! I am trying to figure out the relative composition of carotenes and chlorophylls in spinach based on the mass fractions I isolated. (Column chromatography)

The composition was calculated by taking mass of the compound over the total mass. For fraction 1 (carotene) I got 0.67.

I’m just trying to figure out how I would write that in my report. Do I say that the carotene made up 0.67 of the compound?
