read the case study and answer the following questions specifically
What is the central recruiting issue in the case study?
If you were an HR consultant hired to come in to diagnose and help fix the problems, what are 3-4 things you would propose (specifically you need to provide details to support your recommendations) help implement.  Be specific what is the how, what, when, where, why.  Think about the client asking you, How would you do it?
