What are the 4 factors in a successful ransomware attack? Detail each.

Ransomware involves the kidnapping of an organization’s electronically stored assets. They are sealed with encryption devices that prevent the owner from accessing the data or assets. When the owner pays the ransom through remote financial channels the kidnappers release the assets to the owner by providing him with the encryption information.

What are the 4 factors in a successful ransomware attack?  Detail each.

Which one is the most difficult to interrupt?

If your business or organization was victimized with a ransomware attack what would you do?

Provide at least one reason why you would pay and one reason why you wouldn’t give in to the kidnapper’s demands.

Website Content Strategy

Research three major organizations and evaluate the effectiveness of their content strategy. You can choose any organizations that you find interesting. Examples of organizations you may consider are Coke, Harvard University, SoundCloud, Appnet, Starbucks, Arizona State University, and Mental Floss, but you are not limited to these organizations.

Write a 1,050-2,100 word paper that discusses each of the required topics below. (Plan to write 350-700 words about each website.)

  • Identify and describe the organizations you selected. (Be sure to provide an appropriate references for each website.)
  • Identify the target market, objective, and primary message(s) of each site.
  • Discuss how each site caters to the target market. Describe segmentation, differentiation, and positioning strategies used by each site.
  • Describe the approach of each website in communicating its message, including style and tone of communication, use of social media, or other distinct characteristics that you observed when reviewing the contents of each site.
  • Analyze whether each website is effective. Provide justification based on concepts you have learned throughout the course, and provide examples and support for your ideas.
  • Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines, and grammar and mechanics consistent with graduate level writing.

Assessment Process To Establish Eligibility

Assessment Process to Establish Eligibility

Following the assessment process for establishing eligibility under IDEA’s disability categories ensures adherence to proper legal provisions and ethical considerations. Understanding the purpose of each assessment utilized to establish eligibility assists in the ability to execute those assessments properly.

In your brochure, identify and describe the following:

  • The five primary purposes of the special education eligibility assessment process for individuals who have or appear to have disabilities (screening and identification, eligibility and diagnosis, IEP development and placement, instructional planning, and evaluation) as explained in “NASET Assessment in Special Education Series.”
  • The stakeholders involved in the assessment process with explanations of why and how each is involved.
  • How students are identified for assessment based on IDEA’s eligibility categories.
  • Legal and ethical considerations related to the assessment process and establishing eligibility.
  • At least three components of the comprehensive eligibility assessment process used to determine if there is a documented disability.

The brochure should include graphics that are relevant to the content, visually appealing, and use space appropriately.

Provide a minimum of three scholarly references.

While APA format is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and in-text citations and references should be presented using APA documentation guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide,

Universal Learning Characteristics

Scenario

Dave attends class regularly and enjoys math. He likes to solve geometry problems and prefers kinesthetic hands-on learning. Dave struggles attending to task and staying focused in the classroom setting. He has difficulty staying seated for long periods of time and will often get out of his seat and move around the classroom without permission. Dave is often impulsive and will shout out answers without raising his hand, which disrupts instruction and the overall classroom setting. Dave also becomes social at inappropriate times and will excessively talk to his classmates, which adversely impacts the teaching and learning process.

Provide a hypothesis, which offers a possible function of the observed behaviors.

This includes “why” these behaviors may be occurring:
To gain attention.
To escape or avoid tasks or activities.
To gain access to tangible items or activities.
To gain or avoid self-reinforcing/sensory stimulation.
Research and identify at least three evidence-based behavior strategies that are functionally equivalent and that align with the student’s needs.
Use weekly resources and the What Works Clearinghouse (Links to an external site.) to help identify research-based strategies.
Support your recommendations with scholarly literature.
Explain how each of these strategies will be effective for the identified behaviors in the scenario.
Summarize how the strategies might be used proactively in the future.
Reflect on why you chose these strategies and how they best meet the student’s needs.
