I will pay for the following article The Leadership. The work is to be 6 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

Leaders achieve the liaison role when they interact with people outside their organization. Liaison behaviors include networking to develop relationships and gain information and favors. Politics within the organizations play a significant part in the liaison role. Some of the liaison roles include. serving on committees with members from outside the organization someone is working, attending professional association meetings, and calling and meeting people to keep in touch (Lussier & Achua, 2009).

Discuss the universality of traits of influential leaders.

For managers to be an influential leader, they should portray at least these traits. Successful leaders show dominance because they always long to be at the top-level and to be in charge. However, someone should not take advantage of and be bossy or use a bullying style in leading.&nbsp. Leaders have high energy with a positive drive to work hard so as achieve goals. Good leaders take the initiative to make improvements, have a high tolerance for frustrations, and have a lot of enthusiasm. Self-confidence in a leader is crucial as they are often involved in decision-making, making judgments, and coming up with ideas in different situations. Leaders should always display self-assurance about their abilities and show confidence among followers. Leaders have to portray integrity (Lussier & Achua, 2009). This is the state of being honest and ethical and makes a person trustworthy. A leader should also have the trait of intelligence, which is the ability to think critically, solve problems, and make decisions. Another crucial characteristic of leaders is flexibility, which is adjusting and adapting to different situations. Leaders have to be ahead of the numerous changes in the world to be successful.&nbsp. &nbsp.&nbsp.

There are four types of reinforcement: positive support, avoidance reinforcement, extinction reinforcement, and punishment reinforcement. Positive reinforcement is a method whereby a certain behavior is continuously encouraged by offering attractive rewards to ensure desirable performance. For instance, a manager may thank his junior for being punctual for meetings. The junior fells inspired. thus, this acts like reinforcement for punctuality.&nbsp.

week 6 summary
Provide 1-2 pages on DDT use and the questions below.
How is it possible that the American Government took on sponsorship and advertising for a chemical invented by private corporations to kill people–and sprayed it EVERYWHERE with impunity?? Several times in the propoganda films, the US Government repeats that DDT was a “war-born” invention (to kill Japanese and Germans), but that now it is safe to pour on everyone and everything. Why did they do this? They knew DDT was deadly, but they went on a national campaign to use up all the stockpiles after WW2. Pay particular attention in the film to the increase in pesticide use from 1948-1958!!! this is a huge clue. Rachel Carson is a true American hero for standing up to the Government. Of course, her champion was President John Kennedy. But her book, Silent Spring, started the Environmental movement. When DDT became illegal here, we shipped tons of it to India and Africa. Why?

promoting energy efficiency buildings: to build or to retrofit.

Create a 45 pages page paper that discusses promoting energy efficiency buildings: to build or to retrofit. To conduct a primary research study and an extensive literature review as a way to determine whether it would be more environmentally and socio-economically beneficial to encourage more professional house building developers to preserve the existing homes through renovation and retrofitting or simply encourage them to start building new homes that use of the latest building technologies.

Research Method: Regardless of age, gender, and nationality, qualified research interviewees for this study include the young professionals who have been working as Engineers and Architects in the UK for the past five (5) years. Applicable to this study, a total of five (5) professional Engineers and Architects were invited to participate in a one-on-one research interview with the researcher. Basically, the rationale for selecting this particular research method is to provide the researcher with the opportunity to have the time and attention of each qualified research interview respondents.

Research Findings: Retrofits and renovation as well as demolition and reconstruction have their own advantages and disadvantages. Since demolition and reconstruction are more costly and environmentally damaging because of the massive construction waste and air pollution, a lot of engineers and architects today strongly support the development of retrofits and renovation. Retrofits and renovation do not only preserve the old designs of buildings, but they also cost a lot cheaper as compared to demolition and reconstruction.

Aside from food and water, a good shelter is considered a significant part of the human physiological needs. Recently, the UK government has been targeting a target of 240,000 new homes by 2016 and yet only half of this figure has been completed in 2015 (De Castella, 2015). Since the first quarter of 2015, several online news reports highlighted the fact that the UK is at risk of facing the long-term socioeconomic consequences of the ‘housing crisis’ (De Castella, 2015. Denton and Lambert, 2015. Chan, 2014).&nbsp.
