Consider all you have learned in the course so far and the trends that have been discussed, particularly around leaders being able to strategize and execute to results.

Using the module readings, the Argosy University online library resources, and the Internet, research key leadership competencies needed in 2020. Then, respond to the following:

  • What are the key leadership competencies that will be needed in leaders by 2020? Why are they important?
  • What are the most significant leadership trends that require a change in leadership approaches by 2020? What leadership changes will be most important?

Read the “Research Areas of Emphasis in Professional Psychology” article and select a topic of psychological research discussed in the article (e.g., evidence-based treatments, veterans/active military, multicultural issues, ethical issues, natural disasters, forensic, health, child psychology, suicide, chronic pain, rural practice, interpersonal violence, graduate/internship training and education, managed care issues, or professional roles).   1. A researcher was studying initial interactions between people. While two students were supposedly waiting for an experiment to begin, the researcher covertly videotaped their actions and conversation. Afterward, the researcher told the students about the video recording and gave them the opportunity to have the tape erased.
