  • 6. You as the CISO should create a two (2) page letter and a slide brief for the CEO and the corporate board to defend the argument against The CEO’s directive. (The two (2) page letter must be in an executive memo format, 12 Font, Times New Roman in an attached Word Document).
  • 7. Create both the two page typed letter and slides for briefing the board and CEO. (The slides should be three (3) at length for the briefing of PowerPoint Slides)
  • I will be the CEO and the class will be the board of directors. (Be prepared to defend your reasoning to the board and CEO)
