write an article on How Achieve the Goal. It needs to be at least 500 words.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an article on How Achieve the Goal. It needs to be at least 500 words. Admission Essay It is still such a wonder how resolution to life’s most difficult conflicts may be sought as long as the person stands righteous, fighting for his convictions. Even when I was a child, I used to have frequent encounters with unjust acts the time my parents divorced and five of us were given over for adoption after my brother of almost eight years died of a rare blood disease. At eleven, I had witnessed my father get into marriage to have a second wife who gravely mistreated me and my siblings. My mother was imprisoned the following year and we barely had the chance to pay her a visit since she was in Texas and we were in Arizona.

Moving in and out of state and having to go to different towns and strange places because we could not seem to attain permanence in keeping a ruined family, I eventually dropped out of high school and got my GED yet managed to obtain a hairstylist license after attending a beauty college. These were the times it occurred to me how real and excruciating the world could get at receiving various criticisms and discriminations from several people that it almost led me to bitter mistrust and disillusionment. In the process, however, I also learned to be flexible in dealing with different types of people and defend a good cause whichever side it is.

My self-confidence even increased when I worked as a flight attendant for fourteen year, spending fifteen years in total in the airline industry which had taught me beyond the value of customer service. Sincerity of personalized service and letting people in general know how much you care specifically at instances when injustice is prevalent, is such a rewarding experience.

My first marriage at the age of eighteen lasted a brief span of a year and a half while my present marriage has fortunately struggled forward with a partner who is fourteen years my senior. Relationships have by far enabled me to stretch my patience and find significant worth in listening and understanding an individual prior to raising any unnecessary arguments. I realize that besides holding good set of reasons to drive myself in asserting the most justifiable points, there is actually more to seeking to first heed the other person’s concern and settle the issue with both sides accounted for.

Despite pregnancies and difficult times of getting on and off with school since 2005, the desire to pursue law studies does not cease and I particularly prefer specializing in family law and work on the area associated with juveniles. Knowing how tough and delicate this is in reference to my childhood experience, as an advocate of justice, I am targeting to study and practice a field in law that directs and provides appropriate counsel to parents in handling matters that affect their families at depth especially the children.

I plan to take up a few units of course that would allow me to catch up with the subjects missed even with an average LSAT and a GPA of 3.85. I am equivalently determined to pull up my grades and meet the school’s set of standards given the opportunity of admission. To excel in this chosen career as much as I can and share both intellectual and moral assistance with fellow classmates and colleagues alike would be my constant goal in and out of the academe.

I further hope to enhance relevant skills through a private practice with my husband who is more politically inclined and is very supportive at sparking my interest to be analytical and diligent with academic affairs. Striving to be focused, being able to cope working under pressure, loyalty, kindness, and constructiveness on facilitating competition through synergistic approach make up the rest of my attributes with which I suppose the School of Law may rightfully expect from a qualified candidate.

submit a 1750 words paper on the topic Elastic Energy of Rubber Band on Cars.

Hi, need to submit a 1750 words paper on the topic Elastic Energy of Rubber Band on Cars. The potential energy equation is mathematically given as.’, where k is the constant of proportionality, and x is the compression. In this case, elasticity is reversible. The forces that are linked to the elastic component are responsible for the transfer of energy in the material, when the energy is transferred to the environment, the object would recover the initial shape. Different materials however have a limitation in the extent to which the distortion can be endured without altering the internal structure permanently (Stocker and Benenson, 2002). This means that the traits of some solid materials are the specification in terms of the strain of the elastic limit. After the elastic limit is exceeded, the elastic material no longer stores all the energy from the performed mechanical energy in the electrical energy form. Rubber bands are good examples of elastic materials. In order to understand the application of elastic energy, this paper explores the design of a rubber band car.

A stretched rubber band has a high amount of potential energy. When it is released, the stored energy is converted to motion or kinetic energy as the rubber band is snapped back to the initial shape. A rubber band car is one way of tapping the energy that is stored within the rubber bands. Potential energy involves the energy that is stored within an object. If a rubber band is stretched, it gives out some potential energy. The increasing stretch will increase the amount of potential energy produced. When a rubber band is released, the stored potential energy would be released thus changing into motion.

The potential energy produced by elastic materials such as the stretched rubber band is referred to as elastic potential. This is the amount of energy that is stored within the elastic materials due to their ability to compress and stretch. This type of energy can be stored in bungee cords, rubber bands, springs, trampolines, and arrows that are drawn inside the bow.

History Paper And Essay

This question has a paper and an essay.

Paper:

Using the life and times of Sam Patch as a starting point, describe what industrialization was doing to the institutions of freedom and equality in America during the Early Republic Period (1800-1837). Construct a 2-3-page paper that describes how industrialization is changing the country during this period and how working-class Americans are responding to it. Be sure to incorporate the general historical narrative in your paper.

This is an argumentative paper. It is essential that you provide a thesis statement (argument). In writing this paper you are required to engage readings from Sam Patch, the Famous JumperSFA, as well as lecture materials. It is expected that you will prove proficiency in the course materials and demonstrate the ability to synthesize and analyze these materials in support of your thesis.

GUIDELINES:

§ DO NOT PLAGIARIZE. Please refer to our policy statement on the syllabus concerning academic dishonesty. It is guaranteed that if you plagiarize at the very least you will fail the paper.

§ Papers should use the MLA format for citations (see below).

§ Papers should provide a works cited page at the end of the paper.

§ This paper is to be 2-3 pages in length.  Two FULL pages minimum.

§ Use a 12-point font. Make sure there is a one-inch margin on each side. Double space the text and number your pages.

§ You must have a cover page. On this cover page, in the upper left-hand side and single spaced, put your name, section number, Paper 2, and date the paper is due. Your name or other identifying information should NOT appear anywhere else on your paper.

§ Your thesis should appear in bold.

§  All sources must come from the materials covered in the class – so no outside sources.

§ Do not use personal pronouns (I, me, you, etc.). Do not use contractions (don’t, can’t, won’t, etc.).

§ If you fail to follow the above formatting, you will be deducted 2.5 points on the final grade.

Essay:

We began our class talking about “America the exception.” In other words, America was an exception to the great civilizations of the past (ancient China, Rome, Egypt, etc.) in that American society was not ruled by a monarch or religious official but by the people. The years between the establishment of the Constitution and the Civil War posed a significant challenge to the concept of the “people’s rule” in America. Construct an argumentative essay that discusses the challenges that the expansion of the federal government, the Industrial Revolution, and, most importantly, chattel slavery posed to American freedom and democracy. Why were these issues so challenging and what did America do to “restore” power to the people?

It may be helpful to consider the following issues:

  • The Northwest Ordinance
  • Internal Slave Trade
  • Industrialization/Lowell,      Massachusetts
  • Urbanization
  • The Missouri Compromise
  • Texas annexation
  • The Compromise of 1850
  • The Kansas-Nebraska Act
  • The Dred Scott Decision
  • Gettysburg Address
  • Black Codes
  • 13th, 14th,      and 15th Amendments

*** You are expected to treat this question with the same consideration you would any other essay. It should have a thesis. It should be properly organized. It should be written in complete sentences. I do not expect citations. I do expect that you appropriately engage course material.
