An Annotated Bibliography (Links to an external site.) https://writingcenter.uagc.edu/annotated-bibliography is a great way to organize your research and prepare you for completing the Final Paper Outline in Week 3 and your Final Paper in Week 5. The purpose of an annotated bibliography is to find, summarize, and critique scholarly and/or credible sources that you will use to complete your Final Paper. You will also use the information gained from the required readings this week to complete this assignment.

The Final Paper requires you to identify resources that will support your argument of whether treatment, punishment, or a combination of both treatment and punishment are most effective in reducing juvenile crime rates and recidivism. Like the Final Paper due in Week 5, this assignment will focus on analyzing some of the research in targeted areas of juvenile criminal behavior.

In your Annotated Bibliography, identify at least five scholarly and/or credible sources, which includes the source you are reviewing, two sources that support or contradict the initial article, and any other sources that support your analysis in the Week 5 paper, which calls for you to:

Explain the differences between treatment and punishment concepts.
Evaluate types of treatment and types of punishment options for violent and non-violent juvenile crimes.
Examine the research as to whether treatment, punishment, or a combination of both (treatment and punishment) is most effective for reducing recidivism in juvenile offenders.
Identify the prevailing perspective (treatment, punishment, or combination of both) in your jurisdiction and one other jurisdiction [Note: this may come from a government or other equally credible source].
Analyze the research on recidivism rates for each jurisdiction (yours and the other you chose) to determine which has lower recidivism rates.
For each of your critical analyses of your sources for the points listed above,

Summarize each source’s thesis and/or main points in one paragraph.
Evaluate the relevance of the data used to support the thesis of the source.
Briefly critique the accuracy, acceptability, strengths and weaknesses, and overall soundness of the article.

Your assignment is to prepare and submit a paper on military working dog. The jobs of MWDs have changed over the course of time. They have come to be known as the most lethal weapons after men and machinery. They seek to trace information which soldiers are unable to get their hands on. They bite into the hamstrings of the enemy targets and thus become a pivotal part of any army. Their training requires huge patience and endurance since they are animals at the end of the day and cannot be trained like men in any manner possible.

MWDs have been employed almost everywhere – from the Vietnam war to the present day Afghanistan one, from World War I where Stubby was most famous for his promotion to the rank of sergeant to the World War II heroes in the form of Chips and Smoky. Similarly, MWDs were used by England when it went to war against the Celts based in Ireland. The history presents evidence of a number of instances when MWDs made their mark on the basis of army training and war regimes.

The uses that these MWDs have been put into are manifold. Some of these include the Sentry dogs which act as the defense shields of the army camps at night time. Their role is to bark or growl at the sound of a stranger’s presence. Then there are the Scout dogs that find out the location of the booby traps and tell about the same to the armed personnel. They also look out for snipers and other forms of concealed enemies. The Scout dogs have a keen sense of smell and hearing and thus this makes them pretty effective when it comes to telling the armed personnel about the presence of any humans nearby. Mine dogs find out the location related to the installation of mines and prove to be a significant force in the combat operations.

Messenger dogs bring and take information from different personnel to each other within a war zone. Messenger dogs need two loyal masters for their own self because if this is not the case then the Messenger dogs might take a lot of time in delivering the message.&nbsp.

Create a 5 pages page paper that discusses problems and control of air pollution. For instance, the discovery of vehicles paves the way for environmental pollution particularly on the quality of air. In addition, the problem of air pollution is getting worst. For instance, as there are many factories instituted that are producing large volumes of combined smoke and fog into the atmosphere, the air is significantly reduced to terrible quality. Not only that, the emission of harmful chemicals and even greenhouse gases continue to dominate the atmosphere which substantially has been pointed out as potential reasons for the global warming issue. There are many things therefore that need to be learned about air pollution and it is important to consider each of them in order to understand the appropriate things to be done in order to alleviate and totally eradicate them. Air pollution, therefore, is not just an ordinary issue or problem. Humans for instance primarily rely on oxygen from the air, but they need to take a clean and substantial amount of it. Thus, this is the reason why it is important to have air which must be free from a significant level of pollution.

In this paper, the proponent tries to consider a critical evaluation of air pollution and its possible effects including some of their particular solutions in order to potentially alleviate or eliminate it.

Just like any other form of environmental problem, air pollution has significant effects. There are potentially two major effects of air pollution. The first is about the personal effect which means a direct impact on humans and the second one is the direct consequence to the environment (Colls, 2002, p. 388. Mallette, 2007).

Under personal effects, one of them pertains to human health. Unclean air seems to be one of the reasons why there are many people experiencing poor health conditions including those that are relevant to human respiratory concerns. The body needs to have clean air that should be required in its healthy functioning. In the presence of air pollution, the body therefore would react to this entire condition as it essentially needs clean air.
