Selecting an Interview Subject:
Anyone who lived through much of the Twentieth Century qualifies. For example, anyone who is fifty years
old was born during the Vietnam War and the Civil Rights Movement. Anyone who is seventy years old was
born during World War II and before the dropping of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima, the Cold War, the
Korean War, etc. You may even find someone born before 1929 that experienced the Great Depression as
a child and came of age during World War II. There are still a good number of World War Two veterans
alive.
