As interns, you have been asked to complete a theoretical and applied economic analysis of the impacts of implementing a head tax in Seattle, and then write a short memo recommending a position on the head tax for the Seattle City Council based on your findings. review and evaluate the sources below in an annotated bibliography (example provided),
develop a theoretical framework for worker’s response to the labor tax increase,
make calculations regarding the tax increase on the government, firms and workers,
determine your position for making a recommendation,
develop a visual (table or graph) that helps support your position, and
write a short memo summarizing your recommendation and analysis.
