Falls Prevention Evidence Application

Conduct an Internet search to identify and explore a “falls prevention” program at a senior center, community center, or a health care organization in the Bronx or Westchester New York area.  In 500 words or more describe the falls prevention program that was investigated and include the type of organization that offers the program.
Compare the program intervention strategies and goals with evidence-based practice recommendations for fall prevention programs.  Use at least three professional references to support your work in addition to your textbook.
