The framing should include: a summary of the case (who is involved, when it takes place, overarching issue), how this represents a case study on leadership and professional development, how the selected neuroscience chapter and coaching habit relate to the case study, and a set of learning objectives to show what you want the learner to gain from the case study.
5. Submit case study script : a. Take the framing and put the overarching ideas into narrative form. Weâ€ll talk more about this in class, but generally youâ€
ll have an introduction, then 2-3 key concepts, each with a video clip and brief explanation as to the connection, then a conclusion. You will also include a minimum of 5 guiding questions for the learner to complete.
6. Submit assets : a. These are multimedia elements that, if your case study were to be produced in a video format, would accompany your script. These will be slides that include information on the case, guiding questions, photos, clips, or other materials you feel strengthen the case. Donâ€t worry about including clips, just put the timestamp in (as seen in the student example reviewed in week 2). Slides must be created with a wide screen format of 16:9 (adjust under the Design tab if necessary). Each asset will be its own slide, saved individually. You will submit as a compressed file all slides. Instructions will be provided in class.
