Student is required to do the following procedures:
- Identify the hazard
- Take a picture and report it in the report
- Demonstrate the hazard and type of the hazard
- Write the consequences of the hazards (100- 150 words)
- State the action needed to be taken to avoid the hazard
- Does the situation need a PPE?
Instruction:
- Use the ACK template
- Submit in a pdf form.
- Each hazard and its structure should be between 1.5 – 2 pages.
- The technical report should not exceed the 12 pages.
- The assignment worth 25% of the total course.
- Deadline of the assignment is Thureday, July, 9th,2020, 11pm.
- Submission will be done electronically ONLY via MYLMS.
- Failure to submit the report on time will result in penalty (i.e zero).
