Emergency Action Plan: Go to Red Cross.org and search for the Disaster Emergency Plan. Go to the Family Template and complete the form.. You need to identify multiple emergencies such as Fire, Hurricane, Tornado, etc.
You also need to add to the form in the OTHER section what you would have as supplies.. such as amount of water and food needed.. radio, batteries, cash, important forms, etc. See text Chapter 23 page 399 in forward for additional supplies needed for a variety of Emergencies.
You still need to include a House plan of your house … each room identified and doors and windows and including ways to leave each room and exit the house in case of an emergency.
I will include my apartment for the house plan.
