So you have now learned about the rights of each party in union organizing.  Part 1 of your discussion should focus on whether or not you think the process is fair.

Part 2: The best way to avoid a union organizing effort is to have employees who are committed to the objectives of the organization and who are satisfied. Tell in detail how you as a manager would attempt to improve employee satisfaction.  Be specific.
