Workplace safety is an increasingly troublesome part of HR.  Disgruntled employees with guns, terrorism, hacking of employee personal info, bullying, are all serious concerns.  What should be the organizations ethical liability for such incidents and what should be the organizations response when an incident occurs.  This is a wide open question.
