1.   Everyday leaders have the opportunity to meet new people. The simple greeting that takes place allows the leader to learn what the story is behind a person’s name. This story becomes the identity of the leader’s followers and plays a critical role in building relationships. What leadership and coaching behaviors will you change after completion of this course? In your response, use specific emotional intelligence foundational elements to explain what changes you would make and why you would make these changes.
